Warmac Bagpipes was established in 1958 by Andrew Warnock. Andrew was a cabinet maker by trade and, upon the suggestion of his father, decided to try making bagpipes. Within a short space of time he established himself as one of the worlds leading bagpipe manufacturers with customers approaching from all corners of the world. This skill has been passed down through 4 generations of the Warnock family and the business today is run by Frazer Warnock with the help of his highly skilled colleague Michael McVeigh, who trained with Andrew Warnock himself. Here at Warmac Bagpipes we strive to bring you the highest quality hand-made piping products at competitive prices and to keep up the reputation and standard of our products set by Andrew Warnock almost 50 years ago.

Warmac Bagpipes is located in the Warnock family's workshop 'The Pipers Cave', just outside Cookstown N. Ireland, from where all three Warnock brothers run their businesses.

The 'Williams Chanter Reed?' has always been noted and admired for its bright sound, and its adaptability for use in a wide range of pipe chanters.

Each reed is individually tested by one of the world's most famous Pipe Band sounds men, Frank Andrews, former World Champion Piper.
